The Life Fitness X3 Elliptical Cross-Trainer is one of the best machines you can try if you want satisfying home workouts. This machine will help in maintaining a good cardiovascular health and overall body improvement. However, its 20” stride is not adjustable. But overall, it is worth to check out this unit cross trainer if you’re fine with a fixed stride.

If you are looking for a sturdy trainer for your home gym, Life Fitness X3 Elliptical Cross-Trainer would be ideal for you. It has a 20” stride and a maximum capacity of 350 lb weight to accommodate a broader group of fitness enthusiasts. There are two ways to use this elliptical trainer; you can either use the moving armbars or stationary armbars. Using the unit with the arm bars moving as you stride will provide you with a total body workout and you can keep the arm bars stationary if you want to focus only on the lower part of your body.

Console

This unit has a Go console where you can get two user profiles, 12 built-in workout programs, and two custom ones.

Heart Rate Monitor

The X3 comes with heart rate sensors on both of its stationary and moving armbar grips. You can measure your heart rate regardless of the option you choose during your workout session. A chest strap heart rate monitor is also available with the fitness machine.
