VERDICT

Unfortunately, the stride length is set to 20” and can’t be adjusted however for most users this setting still feel comfortable. Without the quick start button, you will need to select one of the ten preset workouts or modify it through the settings panel. AFG 3.1 AE Elliptical is not compatible with WiFi as compared to another machine, but you can still entertain yourself by playing music on your iPhone or iPod.

What’s important is that it provides a lot of flexible options to enjoy the convenience of working out in the comfort of your own home and it's one of the reasonably priced elliptical trainers with features that are impressive than those expensive machines in the market.

AFG 3.1 AE Elliptical Review

For those who are looking for an elliptical training machine that offers reliable performance, optimum comfort, and flexible workout options, you may consider giving AFG 3.1 AE Elliptical a try. The machine’s excellent combination of the 23-pound flywheel and SixStar Certified™ frame delivers smooth movement and greater stability. Its 20 resistance and 20 incline levels allows you to make your workout more intense and exciting. Adding to the unmatched ergonomics of this trainer is the rubberized, non-slip footpads for extra comfort and safety.

AFG 3.1 AE Elliptical features ten preset workout programs which include manual, intervals, weight loss, constant watts, muscle toner, reverse train, Oregon Trail, THR zone, and two customizable ones to give you a wide variety of routines for your daily exercise. These programs are recommended by a certified trainer and are designed to provide you with a full body workout.

The machine contains a polar receiver, plus a free chest strap included to monitor heart rates. There are different metrics such as time, distance, resistance, calorie count, and heart rate displayed on the LED console. All of which is pretty much self-explanatory to use.
